ICSTLL-57 PKU 国际汉藏语言暨语言学会议

This is the official web site of ICSTLL-57.

The conference was hosted by the Laboratory of Language Sciences and the Department of Chinese Language and Linguistics on the campus of Peking University in Beijing. This web site is maintained as a service to the community of Sino-Tibetan scholars. A complete list of ICSTLL conferences can be found in Wikipedia.

ICSTLL-57 was conducted as a hybrid conference, featuring both online and on-site presentations to accommodate participants worldwide. Over three days, 100 papers were presented by scholars from various countries. Presentations were primarily in English, with all PowerPoint slides required to be in English; for Chinese oral presentations, AI-assisted interpretation was provided on-site. The conference highlighted research on Sino-Tibetan languages and other languages in close contact with them. Keynote addresses were delivered by David Bradley and Jiangping Kong.
